Clear Answers for Your Care

Beginning therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself and your family. Here is straightforward guidance on fees, insurance coverage, confidentiality, and session scheduling.

Insurance, Billing & Rates

We believe financial transparency is foundational to good clinical care. Here is how insurance reimbursement, session fees, and monthly invoicing work across our practice.

Do you accept insurance directly?

What are your standard session rates?

We are an out-of-network provider. We provide detailed monthly superbills with standard clinical diagnostic codes so you can receive direct reimbursement from your PPO insurer.

Individual 50-minute clinical sessions range between $190 and $230. Couples and family sessions are $240 to $280. A limited number of sliding scale slots are reserved for financial need.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

What is the cancellation policy?

Yes. Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts cover psychotherapy services. We process all primary debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards securely through our HIPAA-compliant portal.

We reserve your dedicated session time exclusively for you. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being billed the full session fee.

What to Expect in Care

Entering therapy can feel unfamiliar. Understanding how we protect privacy, design your cadence, and evaluate fit helps you arrive grounded and informed.

How do I know if we are the right fit?

How frequently will we meet?

Clinical alignment is the best predictor of success. We start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to learn about your goals and make sure our therapeutic approach fits your needs.

Clients typically begin with weekly sessions to establish therapeutic momentum and safety. Over time, as changes solidify, we often transition to bi-weekly or monthly check-in care.

Are sessions confidential?

Do you offer telehealth or in-person?

Strict confidentiality is both our legal obligation and ethical commitment. Everything shared remains private, subject only to mandated safety disclosures under state licensing standards.

We provide both in-person sessions in our quiet consulting suites and encrypted, secure telehealth appointments for clients residing across the state.
